1 Subscriptions will be sent within the monthly period from when the credit card is charged.
2 The delivery date is variable and will also depend on the parcel.
3 For shipments within Mexico, different parcels will be used depending on the location.
4 For shipments to the United States, only the Correos de México parcel will be used.
5 JR-KIYO SA de CV is committed to always deliver high-quality specialty coffee, however there may be variations in the different batches related to the time of year or the artisan work of roasting.
6 JR-KIYO SA de CV may interrupt the subscription (and consequently future charges) at any time.
7 When the client cancels the subscription, he may not demand the return of amounts related to payments prior to the cancellation.
8 JR-KIYO SA de CV is not responsible for the mistreatment that the packages could suffer from the parcels.
